Magnet Mounting

This delicate rice paper artwork is float mounted using a method called "magnet mounting". It's exactly what it sounds like - the artwork is held in place using tiny magnets. This is a great option if you want to float mount something without using any adhesives or stitching. It essentially preserves the art in its original form, meaning if the client ever takes it out of the frame they won't have to worry about any tape, adhesive residue, or stitch holes. Ideal for anything potentially valuable, fragile, or just something that you want to avoid permanently altering. 

Don't like the look of gold or silver magnets? We can paint magnets to match your artwork! This doesn't hide the magnets completely, but it really helps them blend in with the piece.
