Since 2015, The Chester Frame Company has been crafting hand-painted, fully finished frames in the founder's home studio in Madison, CT. These frames can be painted in custom colors for a perfect match to your home or artwork, with a wide range of moulding profiles available.
Chester frames come to us fully finished and we take it from there by fitting your artwork and adding hanging hardware. We guide you through the design process, selecting the moulding profile and color, taking precise measurements, and then we send those specs over to Chester's to create your hand-finished frame. Due to the hand-built nature of these frames and the small scale production, lead time on Chester frames is longer than our usual turnaround. They typically take 6-8 weeks to complete.
